Lindsay Nader and Trevor Easter have spent their careers redefining what it means to build, run, and design world-class bar programs. With decades of combined experience behind some of the most acclaimed bars in the country, this dynamic husband-and-wife team brings a rare blend of high-volume expertise and high-concept creativity.
Together, they've earned over 30 Spirited Award nominations, been featured in World's 50 Best Bars, Imbibe's 75 Most Influential, and Esquire's Best Bars in America, and consulted for some of the largest spirits brands in the world. From opening genre-defining cocktail bars across the U.S. to starring in a Bravo reality series, Lindsay and Trevor have always forged their own path-where innovative design meets bulletproof operations.
Now leading Sacramento's Irish Hospitality Group, they've turned their focus to building bars that challenge industry norms. Their most recent standout?
