• Can I use my Own Cups? The automation supports a variety of cups from sample sized to 24 oz servings. Reach out for compatibility with specific cup size and manufacturer. The cup droppers only support containers with rims so no glass can be used.
• How do you check IDs? We have recommendations and best practices to maximize the use of your dispenser however its up to the alcohol license holder to best decide how to staff, verify age, and prevent overconsumption. We offer a variety of 3rd party integrations that can verify identity and age.
• What Drinks can be served? Anything on tap! This includes batched and kegged products such as wine, cold brew coffee, nitro tea, and of course beer!
• What can I customize? The entire graphics template can be customized. The unit comes in black or white as shown but allows for custom options to highlight your unique application or advertise your brand partners within your location.
